Thistle Flower

Class Time: Saturday, April 26, 2025 1 - 4 PM

Location: St. Louis Community College - Meramec Campus, 11333 Big Bend Road, Kirkwood, MO 63122. Check in at Registration 15 minutes prior to class starting at PE Building for location.

Instructor: Susie Simmons

No green thumb or previous wool experience required for this class! You will learn how to create this beautiful thistle flower out of wool. You will learn two different techniques for finishing the top part of your thistle on top of the flower pod. You will learn clever techniques to make this plant grow before your eyes.

Skill Prerequisite: Beginner. No experience required.

Ages: 18+

Supplies: Included in Class Cost: Wool, templates, additional tools and materials for finished item.

Additional Supplies Needed: Scissors

Homework: None.

• The class minimum is 8 students. If we are unable to fill these spots, we will cancel the class and provide a full refund.
