  • Where is the Festival Located?

    The Festival takes place on St. Louis Community College - Meramec Campus.

    Vendor Marketplace will be in the PE Building.

    Classes will take class in multiple buildings. Registration and Check-In will be in the PE Building.

    A Courtesy Shuttle is provided to assist navigating the campus. When you arrive at the registration desk, you will let them know you need the shuttle. The shuttle driver will make arrangements to meet up with attendees throughout the event.

    There is only one shuttle, and we appreciate your patience as we get everyone to their events.

  • Is there an Admission Fee?

    Yes. For Saturday or Sunday the cost is $10. For both days it is $15. Presales will end 4/22/2026. You will be able to purchase tickets at the door throughout the event.

    Each attendee will have a wristband for re-entry throughout the event.

  • Are there classes?

    A variety of classes are offered throughout the Festival. Classes in crochet, knit, weave, spin, and many other fiber art topics are available throughout the following day/time:

    • Fri, April 24, 2026 12 PM - 6 PM
    • Sat, April 25, 2026 8 AM - 4 PM
    • Sun, April 26, 2026 9 AM - 3 PM

  • Are there Vendors?

    YES! We have 50 vendors that come from around the country. As the Midwest Festival, we currently have 9 of the 12 Midwestern states represented by our vendors and class instructors throughout the weekend. The Vendor Marketplace is open:

    • Fri, April 24, 2026 6 - 8 PM*
    • Sat, April 25, 2026 9 AM - 5 PM
    • Sun, April 26, 2026 11 AM - 3 PM

    *The Friday Night Preview is a ticketed event. If you register for a class, it is included in the cost. If you are not taking classes you will need to purchase a ticket to shop Friday Night.

  • Can I Shop at the Friday Night Preview?

    Absolutely! We want to give you an opportunity to shop before the general public arrives. And the cash registers will be open for all our vendors! They are excited to show you what they have brought and share with you any show specials they have happening.

    To shop Friday evening you must have a membership or class registration.

  • How do I apply to be a vendor?

    The vendor marketplace spots are full for 2026. If you want to apply for 2027, sign up for our email newsletter to ensure you recieve our updates in the future.

  • What is your Cancellation/Refund Policy?

    No refunds are issued for cancellations after April 1, 2026.

    For cancellations prior to April 1, 2026, a $25 administrative fee will be assessed.

  • Are there Waiting Lists for Sold Out Classes?

    Yes. If a class is sold out, you can complete our form to be notified if a seat becomes available.
