Hotel Accommodations

Marriott - St. Louis Airport is hosting the vendor marketplace, classes, and all the other fun happening in 2027! Don't miss out on grabbing your accommodations at a discounted rate of $149/night.

NOTE: Parking overnight will be $5 per night. The hotel is working on updating the posted price of $20 per night.

  • Where is the Festival Located?

    The Festival takes place at Marriott - St. Louis Airport location.

    Onsite parking is available at no charge for those not staying at the hotel. There are arrangements for Overflow to park at another venue with a free shuttle.

    Vendor Marketplace, Local Guilds and Demonstration Stage will be in the Ballrooms on the main floor.

    Classes will take place in conference rooms on the 3rd and 9th floor. There will be a Quiet Room on the 3rd floor for those that become overwhelmed to find a quiet place to collect themselves.

  • Is there an Admission Fee?

    Yes. For Saturday or Sunday the cost is $12. For both days it is $20. You will be able to purchase tickets online or at the door throughout the event.

    Each attendee will have a wristband for re-entry throughout the event.

  • Are there classes?

    A variety of classes are offered throughout the Festival. Classes in crochet, knit, weave, spin, and many other fiber art topics are available throughout the following day/time:

    • Thurs, April 22, 2027, 2 - 8 PM
    • Fri, April 23, 2027 9 AM - 6 PM
    • Sat, April 24, 2027 8 AM - 4 PM
    • Sun, April 25, 2027 9 AM - 3 PM

  • Are there Vendors?

    YES! We have 64 vendors that come from around the country. As the Midwest Festival, we currently have 9 of the 12 Midwestern states represented by our vendors and class instructors throughout the weekend. The Vendor Marketplace is open:

    • Fri, April 24, 2026 5 - 7 PM*
    • Sat, April 25, 2026 9 AM - 5 PM
    • Sun, April 26, 2026 11 AM - 3 PM

    *The Friday Night Fashion Show is a ticketed event. If you register for a class, it is included in the cost. If you are not taking classes you will need to purchase a membership to shop Friday Night.

  • Can I Shop at the Friday Night Preview?

    Absolutely! We want to give you an opportunity to shop before the general public arrives. And the cash registers will be open for all our vendors! They are excited to show you what they have brought and share with you any show specials they have happening.

    To shop Friday evening you must have a membership or class registration.

  • How do I apply to be a vendor?

    The vendor marketplace spots are full for 2027. If you want to apply for 2028, sign up for our email newsletter to ensure you recieve our updates in the future.

  • What is your Cancellation/Refund Policy?

    No refunds are issued for cancellations after April 1, 2027.

    For cancellations prior to April 1, 2027, a $25 administrative fee will be assessed.

  • Are there Waiting Lists for Sold Out Classes?

    Yes. If a class is sold out, you can complete our form to be notified if a seat becomes available.

    We will open up Wait Lists after we publish the classes for 2027.
