Location: St. Louis Community College - Meramec Campus, 11333 Big Bend Road, Kirkwood, MO 63122. Check in at Registration 15 minutes prior to class starting at PE Building for location.

Have you seen beaded knit projects and thought there is no way? Well, there is and Kara is here to get you started! In this class, we'll tackle a small project to learn to knit with beads by making the Kairos Cuff by Laura Nelkin.
This pattern uses the "stringing on" method of knitting with beads. This will be reviewed as one option for creating beaded knit projects in the future.
Skill Prerequisite: Cast On, Knit, Purl, Bind Off, read a basic knit pattern
Ages: Middle School, High School, Adult

Additional Supplies Needed
- 20 grams of Fingering Weight Yarn
- Size 2.25mm (US 1) or 2.75mm (US 2) needles.
- NOTE: You can use 2 DPNs because the project is narrow and will easily fit on these needles without losing stitches.
