If you’re comfortable with basic two-color brioche and ready to take your skills to the next level, this class is for you! Learn how to create intricate brioche designs, from flowing leaves to stunning twisting cables, by mastering the essential shaping techniques used in brioche knitting.
We’ll cover the most common increases and decreases used for both fabric shaping and decorative patterning, giving your brioche projects greater depth and structure. You’ll also learn how to work basic right- and left-leaning brioche cables, creating beautifully defined cable crosses on the right side while maintaining undisturbed brioche ribbing on the wrong side.
By the end of this class, you’ll have the skills to confidently tackle more complex brioche patterns and add striking movement and texture to your knits!
