Payment will confirm for 2025 Festival booth space(s), each measuring a minimum of 10 feet by 10 feet. All payments are non-refundable.
Payment is confirmation of vendor’s acceptance of all terms to the agreement sent via Google Form.
Cancellation Policy
If the VENDOR has extenuating circumstances requiring cancellation, the VENDOR must call the FESTIVAL immediately to discuss available options. Refunds for VENDORS are not guaranteed, but if the FESTIVAL is able to secure a replacement vendor it may become available with an administrative fee assessed no greater than 25% of the total fee paid.
EXAMPLE: Vendor fee paid is $300. The administrative fee will not exceed $75.
