2025 Festival FAQ

  • Where is the Festival Located?

    The Festival takes place on St. Louis Community College - Meramec Campus.

    Vendor Marketplace will be in the PE Building.

    Classes will take class in multiple buildings. Registration and Check-In will be in the PE Building.

  • Are there classes?

    A variety of classes are offered throughout the Festival. Classes in crochet, knit, weave, spin, and many other fiber art topics are available throughout the following day/time:

    • Fri, April 25, 2025 9 AM - 5 PM
    • Sat, April 26, 2025 8 AM - 4 PM
    • Sun, April 17, 2025 9 AM - 3 PM

  • Are there Vendors?

    YES! We have 50 vendors that come from around the country. As the Midwest Festival, we currently have 9 of the 12 Midwestern states represented by our vendors and class instructors throughout the weekend. The Vendor Marketplace is open:

    • Fri, April 25, 2025 5 - 7 PM*
    • Sat, April 26, 2025 9 AM - 5 PM
    • Sun, April 27, 2025 11 AM - 3 PM

    *The Friday Night Preview is a ticketed event. If you register for a class, it is included in the cost. If you are not taking classes you will need to purchase a ticket to shop Friday Night.

  • Is there Cost?

    The Vendor Marketplace is open to the public at no charge on Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 9 AM - 5 PM and Sunday, April 27, 2025 from 11 AM - 3 PM.

    Classes available throughout the festival do have a fee associated with them. All details are included with the class information.

  • Can I Shop at the Friday Night Preview?

    Absolutely! We want to give you an opportunity to shop before the general public arrives. And the cash registers will be open for all our vendors! They are excited to show you what they have brought and share with you any show specials they have happening.

  • How do I apply to be a vendor?

    The vendor marketplace spots are full for 2025. If you want to apply for 2026, sign up for our email newsletter to ensure you recieve our updates in the future.

  • How can I be a teacher?

    Our instructor spots are full for 2025. If you are interested in joining our talented group of instructors in the future, make sure you are on our email newsletter to receive all the updates!

  • What is your Cancellation/Refund Policy?

    No refunds are issued for cancellations after April 1, 2025.

    For cancellations prior to April 1, 2025, a $25 administrative fee will be assessed.

  • Are there Waiting LIsts for Sold Out Classes?

    Yes. If a class is sold out, you can complete our form to be notified if a seat becomes available.
